Sims Freeplay Tutorial door EA: Ben je je The Sims Freeplay In-Game content kwijt? Volg de Tutorial om het terug te krijgen (Iphone)

Met The Sims Freeplay voor iPhone zijn er soms problemen dat je je In-Game content kwijt raakt, dat kan komen door dat je je Game verwijdert en op nieuw installeert, volg de Tutorial van EA om je in-Game content terug te krijgen! Bij ons kun je hem in meer lezen vinden.

Please try the following:

  1. Log out of the game and reboot your device.
  2. Download and launch the application (any version of the game).
  3. Play the game. If  you are missing content, continue to step 4. (*Note: If you have previously deleted the game, it is possible that your in-game content will not be retrieved*)
  4. Enter a valid Apple ID and perform a device back-up to iCloud (to learn more, please visit http://www.apple.com/icloud/).
  5. Reset the device as New iPhone.
  6. Restore from iCloud back up on the activation screen using the same Apple account.
  7. If you do not have the latest version of the game, download and install it.

If this does not work, please try to Sync the game from your device to a computer:

  1. Start iTunes and connect your iPhone to the computer.
  2. WIthin the menu on the left, select the ‘DEVICES’ heading and select your iPhone.
  3. Select the ‘Applications’ tab.
  4. Check the ‘Sync Applications’ box. (You can either choose to sync ‘All Applications’ or ‘Selected Applications’. If you choose ‘Selected Applications’, go through the list and check the box for each game you want transferred to your iPhone.)
  5. Select the ‘Apply’ button in the bottom right corner.
  6. Select the ‘Sync’ button.
  7. After you have verified that the game is now on your computer, you may delete the game from your phone.
  8. Reboot the phone, then follow the above steps to sync the game back to your phone.
  9. After installing the game, check to see if your in-game content has been restored.

After following these steps, your game content should be restored. If it is not, please click ‘Talk to a Game Advisor‘ to contact us.
